Bjarte has worked across energy, finance, startups, and pure tech, connecting dots others don’t see and shipping products that solve real problems. He brings the same calm, methodical mindset from the skin track to his work planning with maps, weather, and avalanche forecasts before committing to a line. In 2023 he founded Mountainsnow and started Skida, a digital service helping people plan safe, rewarding ski touring days through clear information and thoughtful design.
