Vivi Hatlem

A former banker with experience from Nordea on Apple Pay and digital innovation, Vivi brings sharp judgment across strategy, UX, communication, and partnerships. She’s a certified winter tour leader, active in DNT Fjellsport, and works as a freelance ski touring guide—currently training to become an avalanche instructor. We first met Vivi through the Sportstech Academy, where she served as a mentor; today she advises Skida, translating real backcountry practice into simple product choices—and acting as an exceptional door-opener who connects us with the right people.
