Lasse Vinter
Climb mountains, not corporate ladders. Be your own Chief Adventure Officer.
Lasse carries a calm, candid presence into the mountains: be present, listen, look, feel. He’s happy in trees on storm days and in open powder under blue skies, and he’s the partner who calls the avalanche bulletin first and the line second. He’s learned to respect kit and conditions—upgrade the headlamp, mind the small failures—and to keep the crew honest with what they see and feel. There’s usually a summit-Coke in the bag and a clear, simple plan in his pocket.

An 'oh no' moment you learned the most from?
New Year’s Day 2020, caught in a small avalanche in Rogers Pass, Canada, tumbled over cliffs doing two somersaults, and ended hanging on a cliff face like Jesus on the cross. I learned never to stop on a big pillow of snow above a steep cliff. It wasn’t supported. I lost my skis, but not my love for skiing.
